 The Sydney Fish Market is being redeveloped into a world class attraction in Blackwattle Bay, Sydney. Lewis Advisory developed the approvals strategy and provided ongoing planning services during the development application process.

Blackwattle Bay is an inner-city harbourfront precinct in Sydney, NSW which is being transformed into a world class mixed use destination. Lewis Advisory has provided planning services to the NSW Government since the project's inception in 2016. They are currently working with Infrastructure NSW on the design of the new Bank Street Park. 

 Landcom has prepared a Planning Proposal  to enable residential development on a 265 hectare site on Old Main Road at Fennell Bay, Lake Macquarie. Lewis Advisory worked closely with Savills Project Management to provide planning and project management services during preparation of the planning proposal.

The NSW Government is working closely with all councils across Greater Sydney and regional NSW to help them reach their housing supply targets to meet the needs of their growing and changing communities

Lewis Advisory was part of a project team assessing LHSs on behalf of Department of Planning & Environment. They were subsequently engaged to prepare an update to the LHS Guideline and template.

 The Greater Sydney Region Plan defines MRA, to help manage environmental, social and economic values and maximise the productive use of rural areas.  Working closely with affected councils and Greater Cities Commission, Lewis Advisory undertook a review of the MRA policy approach to inform updates to the Region Plan.

 The Greater Sydney Region Plan and Districts (now City) Plans are undergoing statutory review. Lewis Advisory provided policy advice and support to the Greater Cities Commission in the early stages of the process.
